New Reception staff needs proper customer service training. First thing they need to understand working with NHS is different from other business. People visit Dr/ hospital when they are desperate. They must not be judgemental.

We are an elderly couple who have been with the practice for many years. Now we need more care I cannot fault the practice. They have been very good about same day appointments when our need is urgent, following up to check on either of us when sick, organising supplementary care and showing great kindness and compassion. Great doctors, practice nurses and reception manager.

I've been a patient for years and I love the staff, the doctors are great too. But in this last year there's this one receptionist that repeatedly makes things a bit difficult. Always dismissive and gives too much opinion on the nature of the appointment... It's for the doctors to decide if I should book appointments or not. It's unfortunate because the rest of the receptionists are always lovely.
