The lady who takes bloods is absolutely fantastic. I came this morning and she was quick and so professional. It’s so handy to have this service at the practice.

I was at the surgery with my mother for a check up, but she is also having pain. I told the receptionists, and they immediately arranged an appointment with a Dr later in the day, filling in the online triage form for me and making sure Mum could be seen in an accessible consulting room. Very kind and helpful. Many thanks.

Thank you Addington for a lovely patient experience yesterday. The doctor was attentive and gave very practical and clear advice in a very friendly way, and the reception team were great. Helpful as always.

I was a practice nurse for 28 years until last year and I moved to Addington in the beginning of 2025 . The GP I have seen twice , the same GP , was exemplary in her thoroughness and care. I felt looked after with excellent communication from the GP and reception . Thank you so much.

They are good at responding to messages for eConsults, prescriptions etc. The GPs I have met are very nice and knowledgeable.

Recently registered and straight away felt very welcome, the hospitality by all staff especially the young woman at the desk who went the extra mile helping me attach a photo to send to the GP via my phone. Would recommend this medical centre.

The receptionist (who also takes bloods) is absolutely lovely. She is always so helpful and friendly and treats you with respect. She deals with any problem swiftly and is a great asset to the practice. The heathcare assistant (on the first floor) is also lovely and takes her time to explain things.

I was able to see the doctor on the same day as I called in to ask for an appointment that I felt was urgent. the reception team are extremely helpful and managed to book me in straight away. The GP was caring and helpful and booked me in for tests.
