I have type 2 diabetes and your colleagues are excellent so friendly and helpful and have a laugh with you always listen and give great advice and support. The reception staff are wonderful to, You have a great team .. this medical centre is absolutely 💯 terrific 👏

After sending an enquiry email to the GP service, they were very quick to respond with a follow up call, sending me a questionnaire about my symptoms and then calling me to invite me to an appointment. Very thorough service, thank you.

Staff are always helpful and accomodating. Maybe think about updating the signing in tablet and for the car registration one too, clearer instructions on how to use these for those who are not familiar with computers.

Needed an injection after stem cell treatment and they managed to get me in. Managed to keep me isolated due to low immunity and the injection was pain free. Excellent service and I was treated with dignity and care.

Very goid visit, seen on time, very good. Went for my B12 injection, all staff are very good pleasant atmosphere.

As per normal, I was seen on time. The staff are always friendly and eager to please. The parking screen was faulty but a quick word settled the risk of a fine. I was only in and out in tenn minutes.

Receptionists are lovely however the district nurse is absolutely horrendous. She is dismissive and doesn’t listen to her patients. She wants me to wait until my infection is worse before treating it despite me expressing how I’m struggling and can’t take time off work. Every time I’ve seen her she’s made me feel belittled and I feel nervous having appointments with her. I will from now on request not to be seen by her she is that bad.
