Usually get an appointment on the same day. No online triage you actually speak to a person. Everyone is friendly and helpful

I visited a nurse at the practice to get a prescription of my pill and get checked over. I have been buying my pill online for the last 5 years and thought it was time to get a check up. The nurse was so caring and thougrough, she explained everything to me clearly, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you so much, the team at Adderly Green are always great!

The physiotherapist was extremely helpful and professional and I felt she had as long as I needed to answer any questions I had

Booked an appointment couldn't attend ended up getting messages from them thanking me for attending my appointment ( i never attended) so someone's attending without my knowledge 🤔

I saw the practice nurse, for a blood pressure check, she was polite, I didn't feel rushed. I felt listened to, and even brought up another worry I had, she then sorted out an appointment for me. I left the surgery feeling that I matter, and cared for.

Having had a few appointments now with the nurse, everything is booked in advance and in time and no waiting. Can’t say the same regarding trying to get a doctors appointemt, especially when I work full time, I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get one, ridiculous really. Seriously thinking of changing practices. Like I said, the nurse ones are absolutely fine.

Friendly welcoming staff. A pleasant environment to wait in. Appointments appeared to be on time. The person I saw was caring and helpful

I wasn't listened to and was fobbed off, being told that there was nothing wrong with me when there clearly was as I was in a lot of discomfort.
