   I feel I make too many demands of The Practice because of poor health due to self neglect of being a single parent . I never had serious illness in my life except mental health and its hit all at once. I feel embarrassed most of the time but the girls are always there for me. Great reception staff and I have had need for the Doctor this week and they phoned me as promised. I am very grateful to all of them. As for phones ringing out for a while yes it happens but I put that down as giving a good standard of care. Very few of the big Companies even have telephone lines anymore they just carried on after Lockdown ceased and they have turned to Zen-desk. I wonder if that is something the Practice could go for. Direct Message is all the rage now. or a Facebook page where a Doctor could reply to questions that patients are too nervous or shy to ask about face to face. Personally I am happy
