Review titled Almost there.
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Mark Hair - Posted on 01 May 2025
Bloods taken with care and professionalism. Dr's quick to respond professional delivered results with compassion and clear guidance. 1 (male) administrator I spoke to on 3 occasions each with a simple query, failed to reply. Causing anxiety on my part. Yesterday, administrator (female) in stark contrast dealt with said enquiry + another within 5 minutes. So ~95% of my overall experiences are excellent, but. 1 individual has marred the overall experience.

Review titled Horrible Staff
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have called multiple times to ask about an emergency mental health appointment only to have the phone put down on me. This is extremely unprofessional and rude, they posses no empathy and honestly made me feel horrible and humiliated. This practice needs looking at, never go here.

Review titled No appointment given to a 10-month old baby
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 08 December 2023
We got back from our recent travels - where our baby got sick with high fever. We visited a doctor abroad who prescribed some medication to ease his symptoms. Upon our return to the United Kingdom we called our General Practitioner to make sure that he is checked and we are advised if any additional treatment or medication is needed. The assistant rejected our request to see the doctor as no free slots are available for today (08/12/2023). We were asked to go to a he nearest hospital with paediatrics a&e- at least 20-minute drive away and most probably with long waiting time with a sick baby - while the doctor’s practice is literally 5-minute walk from our place. I was also given incorrect guidance as Ealing Hospital does not have paediatric a&e since 2016. I deeply believe that this is not acceptable considering the circumstance and the fact that we talk about a 10-month old baby.
