Review titled Pharmacist telephone appointment
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Mrs P Wachtel - Posted on 21 January 2025
A telphone conversation was booked for the pharmacist today between 9.00am and 10.00am. When no call was received I telephined the surgery to find that the pharmacist had changed their day and would not be working today. No one contact me to inform me of this. This lack of customer service is not acceptable.

Review titled Impossible to get an appointment or speak to someone
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 12 August 2024
I attempted to call at 8am 16th in the queue. Patches closed by 8:05 I called again at 13.30 17th in the queue. Patches shut. Requested phone call back. Received phone call and hour later out on hold for a further 13 mins. Spoke to someone who told me to call back in the morning at 8am the triage was shut. What is the service? Wasting people’s time? Imagine how difficult it is for a frail person to try and speak to a doctor. Patches is open for a total of 5 mins at 2 points of the day. No slots available. Services over stretched and failing

Review titled Receptionist attitude
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Dawn McPhee - Posted on 24 May 2024
Asked if I could speak with Dr when available. Told “I can’t do that” several times. Needed advice about medication that had run out on behalf of my 91 year old Stepmother and whether it was important. Receptionist refused to take a message for me and had a dreadful, unhelpful attitude. This isn’t the first time we have had such a bad experience with this surgery and so decided we wouldn’t let it go again. I had a very “jobsworth” response from the particular Receptionist I spoke to. She has an air of superiority and seemed to enjoy telling me “no” when I asked to speak with the doctor. Unbelievable that someone in this role has such a lack of compassion or empathy. This incident occurred around 1pm on 24th May. I am happy for you to play the recording to get an idea of what took place. My name is Dawn.

Review titled Good Treatment
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Tirth Patel - Posted on 07 March 2024
The nurse here is very kind. She helped me with my B12 shots. She made sure that I was comfortable and mentioned all the Side effects of the injections. I would definitely recommend this GP. People sometimes don’t understand that Nurses and Doctors are humans too and they need some appreciation for they do. Thank you so much 🌟
