    We joined the Acorn GP Practice after moving into Hartford in Feb this year. After being with our previous practice for over 40 years, I was very nervous of the unknown especially at a time when the NHS is under such presure. However, The Acorn Practice, Hartford, handled our transfer to their practice in a impressively efficient and professional manner. They have been considerate and helpful in all person to person contact and have dealt with my concerns / medical needs, in a kindly and responsive manner. Please accept this well deserved feedback as a big thums up and thank you.

    My husband and I have been with the Acorn 18 months .As we are elderly we need to know that the help we need is available. And it is. The sevice is second to none.From everyone we have had contact with.

    I wouldn't know where to begin.... The surgery has been fantastic, I have had multiple health issues which the surgery have dealt with fantastically. My daughter suffers from asthma and have always been great but my 2 year old son has bad breathing difficulties, within the time of an hour his breathing can deteriorate so much its very scary! The surgery have been such a help and done they're upmost to help and get a diagnosis or pathway forward. My main praise would go to the pharmacy and they're incredible staff! The pharmacy and they're walk in help has been outstanding, with helping me with my son i have been able to arrive and have him seen even if its just for peace of mind but most of the times I've been he has helped my son to a road of recovery rather than more upsetting hospital visits which saves my son going through more. I simply cannot fault this surgery or pharmacy and the services they offer. This has to be the only surgery I have found confidence in and managed to get a proper diagnosis and to be seen efficiently. This in my view saves so much time for hospitals and is a huge asset to huntingdon! Thank you to you all staff and pharmacy for your dedication and help

    We have 5 kids, all registered with Acorn Surgery. One with a complex heart condition. We have always found the surgery bends over backwards to get the kids seen. There have at times been long waits on the phone etc but understandable given the situation globally and locally (high cases of COVID - at times the highest in the UK). Given how vulnerable our son is to illness and then complications we need and expect the best care for him. The Acorn Surgery team deliver that and for us, we would recommend the surgery very highly. Thank to all that work at The Acorn Surgery for the help and support you provide our children, we really appreciate it.
