I have been a patient at the practice for many years. During this time I have accessed care. During a recent and post visit I received excellent care, advice and support throughout. It is clear to me how the practice has evolved in terms of digital organisation, person centred and assessible.

Dear Mrs Baker, Thank you so much for your review - it is much appreciated. We have worked hard to try and maintain our service and keep up with the times. We are currently trying to reduce the amount of time a patient is on hold when telephoning the practice. We appreciate how stressful it can be waiting on the line and we want to excel in this area. Kind Regards Dr Ajay Birly

recently my blood pressure was up and down. never had any blood pressure medication before. I had been advised to monitor my blood pressure at home for 10 days. I called the surgery to be seen to check my monitor. I saw doctor in the surgery on 14/10/22 at 12:10 pm. I had all my blood pressure records fir last 10 days. The doctor looked at the records from distance and straight prescribed the blood pressure medication without even check the blood pressure to check if my blood pressure high or not. I am confused now. do I need to take this medication because the doctor prescribed it without any check.
