Very grateful for the outstanding care from Abbotswood. I have always been treated compassionately by all staff - receptionists, nursing, dispensing staff and GPs alike. The NHS is under great pressure but you are delivering a great service. Thankyou.

I received a text message with the number to collect a quite urgent prescription on June 2nd. I went in to collect it on Saturday June 3rd, only to find that the machine wasn’t working!!!! Imagine my frustration and dismay if you will!! I now have to assume that it also won’t be working on Sunday June 4th, so will now have to wait until Monday June 5th!! There is little point in having this machine for patient and dispensary convenience, if it’s not going to work! At the very least a text message to inform one that it’s not working, so don’t bother travelling all the way into town pointlessly! Very disappointed!
