    For the past six months, I have been to the surgery 3-4 times requesting that my son's immunisation records be updated. He was born in Guernsey and I had his red book with all details of gis immunisation. Every time I visit the surgery, someone scans the red book records and assures me that his records have been updated and few weeks later i receive NHS letters stating he has missing immunisation. I would go back to the surgery and realise nothing is on his record. I have been there 4 times going through the process. I would say it is a rather incompetent process there. Now he is due is 3rd year immunisation and of course I am not getting any letters because it looks as if he is missing all the previous one based on NHS records. Maybe the surgery should get competent people to ensure this is resolved. At this point, I think I would just change surgery instead.

    I had an appointment with a GP today and was very impressed by the time and care given by the doctor and the nursing staff to thoroughly examine me and to explore all avenues taken to help with a diagnosis. Thank you for your care.
