One Star – Very Poor Service I have had a very disappointing experience with White Star Dental in Ilford. Both I and my children are registered with this practice, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. They do not carry out proper check-ups, leading to serious dental issues going unnoticed. My child had a permanent filling done here, but it was not done correctly—another dentist later found a hole still present in the tooth! I recently visited for my own check-up, and once again, the dentist barely examined my teeth. They seem uninterested in providing proper treatment, only doing a superficial check and unnecessary X-rays without addressing real issues. I do not recommend this practice at all. If you value proper dental care, look elsewhere. One star.

I was extremely satisfied with the service during my visit yesterday. The care and the professionalism of the hygienist was second to none. She quite and i felt listened to throughout the session. I would like to say a big thank you.

Had a crown re-cemented for 45£ only for it to fall off in 1 day. No refund or follow up service being offered. Would avoid at all costs!!!!!

I couldn’t get any appointment , I was in pain , needed emergency dental care, called 111 they didn’t help at all to find a dentist. Then we drove straight to Whitestar Dental care. They arranged an emergency appointment within 10 mins and treated my tooth quickly. Doctor was very calm and explained and very professional.

The dentist I see is very kind. She offered to use numbing gel instead of an injection when my teeth were deep-cleaned, as I don’t like injections. She was very patient with me and I could have a break during the cleaning process. The dental nurse was nice also. The reception staff were efficient also.

Dental practice needs improvements in relation to clients interaction, the receptionists are not well trained, no smille, no further recommamdations or other suggestions. The interaction is cold, basuc, minimal. Moreover, the dentist is way too rushy, you can see like you are not wanted there or she didn't want for me to come back. Even I have paid for my interventioms, as I am employed, was like she was not encouraging me to come back to aolve me other issues. Honestly, I wanted to do more interbentions, but I felt like chased not to come back.

The dental care is good, shame the receptionist customer care not that great , tried to book Oral hygienist treatments, was asked for full treatments payment, this gave the impression they were only interested in money and not patient care,even though I tried to explain that is not acceptable practice and I am sure this is illegal. But they didn't care.
