You canceled my appointment last time then waited a few weeks for another , then dentist didn’t know what I had made an appointment for ?? I’ve lost 2 days of work . Then to be told I need to go private for my treatment which I can’t afford

The dentist double checked my details & triple checked the tooth for removal, gave clear and concise aftercare advice. Very professional.

Confining myself to the service I received today not the 4 month wait for this appointment after a previous appointment was canceled. The service I received was very good. As was the discussion on the way forward.

Very disappointed. I booked a hygienist appointment that turned out to be a 10 minute deep clean. This cost nearly £70. This was not made clear to me at the time of booking. The last hygienist I had there did a full, thorough job but apparently she has left.

I had an emergency appointment and they were extremely helpful and I was able to get a appointment after a phone call and saw the dentist he was good explained what he was going to do and he was able to get to the root of the problem.

After waiting so long ( due to COVID) it was almost a pleasure to visit again.I had a new dentist and both him and the dental nurse put you at ease. A big bonus was being seen in the ground level surgery. I walk with a stick and the stone steps fill me with horror.

Very kind and understanding dentist. I was running slightly late and had to bring my baby and toddler along with me and the dentist was very patient. Much appreciated. Highly recommend.
