I am always impressed with the way this dentist takes the time to explain clearly and he rakes account of my anxieties.

Dentist was helpful. Annoyed that I had to pay because a filling that was put in less than a year ago fell out. Now I need to pay over 300 pounds for a partial crown.

I had quite a long wait before I was called in for my appointment, and the waiting room is cold! The building is an old church, so I suppose that it is cold is to be expected. However once I got into the treatment room it was lovely and warm! The dentist was new to me, but he was very nice. I had booked for a check up with a scale and polish, as an NHS patient. Initially the dentist seemed a bit reluctant about the scale and polish, but once my check up was done, he said he would be happy to do it. He did a good job and I was happy overall.

The main thing that stands out every time I visit is the lack of punctuality. Never are any of my appointments on time, which is crucial when I have to pay to park.

The dentist was very polite and friendly but he didn’t seem to listen to what I was saying. I have a broken tooth that I need removing. I explained this when I made the appointment and when I first arrived. I thought it was going to be removed, now I need to wait longer and possibly be in pain over Christmas. I had an X-ray that was unnecessary and now need another appointment.

Very welcoming on entry and the receptionist could not have been more helpful,half hour late but no complaints as all staff were very busy so delay understandable and the dentist was first class in keeping me updated to what he was doing with the assistant working together like a well trained team,thank you for making it a nice easy appointment.

I am exempt from paying as on benefit. The practice manager booked my appointment with wrong dentist. On leaving i was told i should pay for my treatment. I quite rightfully refused as not my mistake, why should i have to pay money i cant afford because i was given wrong dentist. Think its absolutely disgsting i was even asked.
