First time visiting my new dentist today and he was lovely. Very friendly and thorough. Reception staff were helpful and friendly too. Thank you ?

Surgery was busy at 15:30 on my arrival and with 15:35 appointment, I was not seen until about 25 min later. Its not unreasonable to expect delays to be cumulative as the day progresses. When I was seen, my treatment fir the check-up was quick and efficient. After paying and making my next appointment, I was assured by the receptionist that I would be emailed my oppointment details. Still waiting the following day. This is unusual since the text message is usually immediate.

The dentist listened to me 0and took on board my issues. She prescribed a further course of antibiotics which resolved the problem and she also arranged an early appointment with my regular dentist to discuss a plan of action.

The receptionist who welcomed us was bright and cheerful. Our Dentist was lovely as always and made sure to explain the treatments me and my son need to have and why. He was also happy to answer any questions without it feeling rushed.

I felt very comfortable as the dental nurse made me feel relaxed. Also the Dentist, being new to me was really nice and professional. Thank you for making me feel safe.

Good experience always apprehensive visiting the dentist but no need. Receptionist always friendly and dental appointment on time new dentist today hope she stays .

Provided a filling without needing a new appointment. All done very calmly. Please note - I've not yet received an email to confirm my next booked appointment, that the receptionist said had been sent.

Very helpful receptionist easily booked me in for an emergency tooth repair. The dentist was excellent and everything was done without any delays or waiting Brilliant practice all round Thank you
