Hygienist very informative and explains, this will help me to maintain my teeth -which is very important, more so even because I have been very unwell. Receptionist smiling and being nice is important to me very much.

Good, quick service it was also friendly and polite. I was seen quickly. The Dentist was friendly clear and efficient.

Wonderful help from receptionists with my emergency appointment. I was seen the same day by a lovely competent dentist.

Appointment late but then get a half hearted apology. No concern for customer who is not getting a free service as nhs or it's private . All I would have liked is to be kept updated which is what they used to do., as car parking is timed. Not made to feel uncomfortable for something that was not my fault!!

Nice friendly practice, usually punctual with appointment times and will accommodate if you need to see the dentist in an emergency.

Had to wait 25 minutes and was very rushed. The dentist didn’t even look at the teeth that I said had been irritating me.
