I have always had great service from University Dental Practise. Receptionists are friendly and very helpful and the treatment I have received has been totally professional and kind.

Replacing my filling was done carefully and without pain. Great care was taken to ensure a good fit with other teeth and that my bite was correct.

Overall we are really pleased with our care at the University dental practice, the reception team are helpful and do their best to accommodate what is needed. Our dentist is good, sometimes the appointments feel a bit rushed but we always feel like we have had what is needed.

I cracked a tooth in the evening and rang the practice the following morning looking for a fairly urgent appointment. The reception couldn’t possibly have been any more understanding and helpful than they were, they checked how much pain I was in and was I able to control it via painkillers and then managed to find me an appointment later the same morning with my usual dentist. I filled in the forms as directed and made my way over, in considerable pain. The ladies on reception were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The extraction took place, even allowing for the considerable time it took to numb the area, I never felt rushed. Indeed they were able to see another patient as I waited for the anaesthetic to take full hold. It must have felt like they were trying to anaesthetise a bison, as I needed a lot of it! Thoughout the level of care was exceptional, I was made aware of all the steps taking place and consulted on options as they arose, all in a very friendly and professional manner. I’ve been a patient of the practice for many years, the service and the quality of the work undertaken is always first class. Thanks everyone.
