Staff all pleasant and offer a great service. I am always able to book an appointment at a time that's good for me. There is never any wait and everything is dealt with in a calm, friendly and efficient way.

Always have been very nervous of Dentists. Been going to this one for treatment now quite a while. All staff excellent from booking in to treatment putting me at ease through out the procedures therefore helping any concerns.

A few days before my treatment I fractured (chipped off) the front coating (enamel) of 1 of my lower central teeth. 1 day after contacting the practice I was called by them offering me another patients short notice cancelled appointment that I accepted. My defective tooth was coarse and sharp and I was concerned about possible decay and discolouration over time. My worries were alleviated by the Dentist assisted by their Technician who filled the cavity caused by the fracture and also completed their routine examination and polishing of the remainder of my teeth. As a bonus I could also eat and drink with delay. Great service with no discernible colour or sizing differences between my original teeth. This type of service is exactly what this practice has provided to me over the previous 29 years.

I was unsure why my tooth was causing pain. This was immediately identified and sorted. A filling was provided for another cavity I was unaware of. My dentist is super-professional and very highly-skilled. I am always grateful for her work.

Excellent service and staff are polite and friendly always never to busy to help or to have a chat is my second time I have been to the dentist since I arrived in Reading 1 year ago and shall continue to use them highly recommend.

Found my recent visit quite stressful due to pain throughout my procedure. I left the practice feeling upset and shaky and as a nervous patient this is not good going forward.
