    Went through talking teeth for a course of treatment for root canal and despite the staff in the practice being brilliant there have been some issues. Firstly, I had a back and forth between the practice and GMHealth about an emergency appointment at first, the practice saying they don't do emergency ones and GMHealth saying I can't have an appointment through them if I'm registered. Had to wait for a weekend to be classed as Out of Hours instead. Secondly, the capacity of the dentist is very low - Having had my initial appointment in Sep 24, I then had to wait till Dec 24 for my first course of root treatment, with the follow up not booked until March. By which point the temporary filling had already all fallen away. Only then to be told that the dentist had left and it was rebooked for June. We're now in May and the tooth that would have been fine had the two appointments been done in a normal space of time, is completely broke. Again rang for emergency and was told to just sit tight till June. Its not the staff, theyre super friendly and understand my issue. But to be simply told they don't do emergencies (Despite the fact the website says it does, and that NHS stipulates dentists must keep appointments for emergencies) its really disheartening. Guess I'll just wait now and see whether all that was even worth and for them to just say it probably needs extracting.

    I've always been scared of the dentist and went to this one with quite the problem. The dentist and assistant were able to do an amazing job even with me being a fish on land. Couldn't recommend them enough
