   I missed an appointment and was removed from the practice,once I explained the severity of my none attendance I was allowed back on the understanding if it happened again I'd be removed from the practice, I attended several appointments for ongoing treatment, I contacted covid In the early hours of the day of appointment hence I cancelled at short notice, my daughter rang I was severely ill, I wss then removed from the practice for not attending with covid
