I was met at reception with a cheerful and positive attitude. My dentist was very friendly and as a person who struggles with dentistry made my experience very comfortable. I was given good advice going forward. Again I returned to reception where I was dealt with in a friendly and helpful way.

From Reception to treatment room very relaxed and comfortable with the procedure and the very pleasant ladies one filling and the other assisting. happy man pink floyd playing in the background. Thanks ladies.

Apparently you can be thrown off the NHS list as long as their “ records “ say you’ve missed an appointment and not been for a while. Coincidentally this happened to 2 members of my family. What an absolute farce ..they just want you to go private. My last appointment wasn’t great either, an X-ray and a micro glance at my teeth !

I’m not allowed to name my dentist here or I would but she is not only very lovely but also redid a filling for me (done by someone else) with zero pain afterwards despite it being a very tricky, deep one.

Despite my initial reservations (very very busy and slightly worn reception area). We were greeted by the friendliest, most professional dentist & dental nurse. Unsure if I am allowed to name her - but really hope you can identify us and pass on our review. I am really nervous and she put me right at ease. Absolutely brilliant with my children, engaging and took the time to get to know us as this was our first appointment. Our appointment started exactly on time. Really pleased to have found such a lovely dentist after waiting such a long time on NHS waiting lists. I couldn't recommend more.

Excellent treatment from the hygienist yesterday. Friendly, efficient and very helpful with suggestions for improving my oral hygiene. And the receptionist was brilliant too- very friendly and welcoming.

Arrived at 8am only one in the waiting room. Hygienist arrived at 815 and I was called in at 820. She seemed in a hurry to clean my teeth and so it proved, a 15 minute appointment lasted 5 minutes and I was charged £59 for the pleasure. Book again in 3 months please, No thanks.

My anxiety had crept up on my visit to the dentist. He was extremely understanding and was explaining his actions every step of the way. I'm extremely thankful. Would really recommend

My son's dental visit went very well. The dentist was both professional and patient, taking the time to comfort him and explain each step. It definitely helped alleviate dental anxiety for him.
