Had a great experience today at sharing smiles. My son was unfortunately hit in the face and his lip stuck in his brace, the lady we saw was very calm and reassuring to him when he was so upset. She freed his lip and he is now fine. We are new to braces and sharing smiles have been great from the start.

First appointment today. Very busy clinic but organised and all staff super friendly and helpful. Daughter cannot wait to start her treatment, we’ve been waiting a year for this appointment and we are so pleased that we are being looked after at Sharing Smiles

I have had 6 children receive outstanding care from Sharing Smiles over the last 10yrs. My last child is now finishing her braces and I feel I must say how professional and lovely every person I’ve encountered at the practice has been. Thank you Sharing Smiles

This appointment was completely useless. Although being with a child I was not allowed in the consulting room. The dentist did not at any time speak to me. They looked into my child's mouth, took X rays. Then the nurse came out told me my child didn't need a brace, but spoke about a very minor overbite neither of which we were there to be seen about. But they had completely missed what we were there about. My son has a tooth growing out of the roof of his mouth and the nurse had to go back and speak to the dentist about it. Now if the dentist had actually spoke to me about why were there and not my 13 yr old then he/she would have known why we were there. I felt the practice was very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone use this place.

Sorry to read that this was your experience of the surgery, we are always committed to listening to patient feedback. A full orthodontic assessment is carried out to determine whether a patient meets the NHS criteria for orthodontics following initial triage and screening of the patient. I am sorry you felt we were unprofessional and did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Nice staff and surgery. Always happy to answer questions and my braces got taken off in time for my prom. Thank you to all at Sharing Smiles!!!!
