   At a recent visit to Queensbury dental practice, I was called into the surgery by name, by a friendly dental nurse. The dentist was his usual approachable self, who carried out a thorough check of my teeth, then was willing to explain options he had for treating a fragile tooth in the future. He patiently answered all my questions, and I left reassured, and fully in possession of the options for the future, whenever the situation arose. The surgery atmosphere was relaxed, yet totally professional, very encouraging for the 'patient'. Thank you Queensbury.
