Since recently the Practice has suffered with only having one dentist. It has impacted care and professionalism. A few instances of rushed unprofessional care was sadly experienced leaving you feeling undervalued and unimportant. There was dignity or respect conveyed.Understanding the pressure of being short-staffed is not taken lightly, but they should try to uphold a professional standard. It is so unfortunate.

As the practice Manager I would like to apologise for your rushed experience but the dentist is trying to see as many patients possible due to the shortage of staffing .
