With particular reference to the dentist I saw, I felt like the dentists really care about their patients, and went the extra mile to ensure I had the care I needed. The team were professional, personable and thorough - which gave me confidence I was in good hands. If you needed any additional information or had extensive questions, the team would be happy to facilitate this. The WhatsApp service was a nice touch, too. Thank you!

Was in and out very quickly, dentist was very friendly. I did have a issue getting a emergency appointment on the 13th May, which was when the swelling and pain started and Pitsea was only able to get me in the next day. My face did get very swollen and I was in a lot of pain so I am very grateful Pitsea Dental could see me on the Tuesday. I did call 10-15 NHS dentists from first thing in the morning after contacting 111, and no one could fit me in same day. I did have a cracked tooth, and a appointment for it with another dentist but the earliest I could get a appointment was 15th June. Even my other dentist, I had to find a new one because my original one closed down without my knowledge. It was overall a very stressful situation and I'm very grateful to the Pitsea Dental team for seeing and treating me.

I have managed a cracked tooth for 4 years without any hope of getting treatment; as many dentists won't register me under the NHS. I got to a point where the pain became severe and I called up NHS 111. I was given some numbers to contact by the NHS; and Pitsea Dental Care was the first on the list. I contacted the practice and; Oh dear;!!! From first conversation to going in for treatment, I had a very fantastic experience. It was like "light at the end of the tunnel" when Pitsea Dental Care gave me some options of which one was to extract the tooth; the other was a root canal treatment. Due to anxiety around root canal treatment (which is personal), I opted for extraction. Everything happened so quickly and I got an appointment next day!!! The environment was welcoming and the reception from the staffs was amazing!!! Following treatment I got a follow up text to check if I was okay or needed some antibiotics (which I didn't expect). I hope I can register as a patient here soon. Thank you so much Pitsea Dental Care Ltd !!! I appreciate the care you all gave me.

Everyone was polite & considerate from the time I entered the practice to the time I left. The dentist explained what he was going to do before he did it. He also told me to put my thumb up to let him know if the procedure became uncomfortable & I want to stop for a moment. Lovely practice.

Was referred thru 111 with dental pain I have quite phobia of the denist but the was fab made me fill ease step by step Whish he was my normal denist!

I needed help with a broken tooth causing discomfort. The team at this practice were so helpful and understanding. They quickly sorted me an NHS appointment with the friendly dentist who treated the problem in no time, he done a brilliant job. The practice is modern and clean and the staff are very welcoming, thank you all. Highly recommended.

First time I came with my daughter for an emergency appointment, such lovely staff who made us feel welcome and listened to our needs and gave us a caring experience. Thank you for seeing us, service was brilliant.

111 gave me contact details of both a mobile number and a landline number. It was a bank holiday weekend that my son was in awful pain and needed to be seen, this practice responded to me promptly via the mobile and continued to do so well in to the late evening. A consultation was then offered for the following morning to ascertain what treatment was needed , the emergency dentist was outstanding he was very professional but most of all caring. He ensured that my son got an appointment for the following morning which was the bank holiday Monday . I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice , the communications, service and treatment provided were excellent as well as not to mention the continued communication on the aftercare and well being of my son . Great work to all that was working over the May bank holiday

I had horrible pain with my tooth on two occasions this year and used pitsea dental on both of those occasions. Once coming through the NHS 111 service and then contacting them directly on the second occasion. On both occasions I managed to get seen that day when in need. I can definetly say that this dentist was outstanding in the service they provided. Every member of staff are very friendly and fantastic at their jobs. If it was a scoring system a definite 5 out of 5 experience.
