I needed an urgent appointment as my tooth had broken off and it was one that my denture linked on. I contacted the surgery early morning was contacted to see if I could come in at 11.55 same day, arrived early and was seen early - all my options were fully explained and the one I opted for completed and sorted the problem. I have been with the practice for around 30 years and they are always very professional, lovely receptionists, very efficient and always try to accommodate urgent request if they can.

I called in the morning and was fitted in as an emergency the same afternoon. From reception through to treatment by the dentist, the process and service was excellent. The dentist took time to explain the issue, the treatment, and the expected outcome and I left feeling very confident about the appointment.

I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. Emergency treatment was exceptionally. Dentist put me at ease, listened to my concerns.

I needed to collect my new dentures . The dentist took time and patience to assure the new plates fitted and colour matched to my teeth. I was also told how to look after them and what to do if I got sores or ulcers with them. They fit wonderfully. I was given great after care and I know if I have any problems the practice is a call away. I love this dental practice and I have never felt afraid of this dentist like I have all the others. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice

I recently had a root canal treatment at Pitsea Dental Care, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and well-organized, which added to my overall comfort. The level of professionalism displayed by both the dentist and the support staff was outstanding. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable at every stage. Root canal treatments can be nerve-wracking, but their calm and confident approach really helped ease my anxiety. The actual procedure was handled with great care and precision. I experienced minimal discomfort and was impressed by how smoothly everything went. The results speak for themselves—my tooth feels great, and I’m pain-free. The Dentist I see Is Brilliant he understands and listens to your needs. Explains everything in great detail what he’s going to do and what is needed. My mum, brother and granddaughter all see the same Dentist he’s such a lovely person.
