I had horrible pain with my tooth on two occasions this year and used pitsea dental on both of those occasions. Once coming through the NHS 111 service and then contacting them directly on the second occasion. On both occasions I managed to get seen that day when in need. I can definetly say that this dentist was outstanding in the service they provided. Every member of staff are very friendly and fantastic at their jobs. If it was a scoring system a definite 5 out of 5 experience.

Whenever visiting the practice, and as much as nobody likes visiting the dentist, you’re always made to feel comfortable and at ease. Any decision will be discussed thoroughly with your dentist and options discussed. After recently having a tooth removed, the follow up care was excellent and not something I’d ever experienced from elsewhere. I would highly recommend.

I was seen same day due to wisdom tooth agonising pain and extraction was booked for next day which was very straightforward, painless and quick. There was just a tiny bit of swelling and very little pain/discomfort afterwards but no painkillers were required at all. Job well done, thank you! Staff friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a place to go when it comes to tooth care.

My second time at the dentist, recommended by my mum who has recently had treatment there. Very polite, friendly and efficient dentist and staff. I am looking forward to starting my treatment plan with them.

I'd had a hospital appointment scheduled for said tooth in June, but it was decaying and causing me terrible pain. I rang 111 who provided me with this dentist. They saw me the same day, and treated the problem. I had been trying for weeks to get in to my dentist. Extremely friendly and helpful practice and would highly recommend to anyone. It was exceptional how quickly I was seen and treated. Friendly and professional isn't that easy to come by, this practice is one in a million! I will be forever grateful and wish I had known sooner instead of going through 3/4 weeks of pain.

The treatment I received was excellent I was told Everything about the treatment and future treatments the practice was clean and was very pleased with my dentist

Our family have been patients at the practice for many years. They always go above and beyond to do all they can to see you. I and my daughter recently needed teeth extracted, this was done quickly and they even followed up the next day to ensure we were ok. I was amazed that they are now working weekends to ensure patients get the care they need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I found the dentals practice was very help full and friendly even though I was not registered with them. They manage to slot me in for an appointment as soon as they could.

This practice was excellent. My tooth had completely broken and the dentist was excellent .I have hardly had any pain from the extraction. I would definitely reccomend
