I came to dentist with pain in my bottom right jaw . After an X-ray I was informed I had an infection and my tooth needed to come out. I was asked if I’d like it out there and then or make an appointment to which I replied I’d prefer to have it out now. My dentist was very aware of any pain I was in and took great care in assuring I had enough anaesthetic . Tooth out quick and easy.

At this follow-up visit a crown was fitted in place. The whole procedure took less than twenty minutes and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. My thanks to all concerned.

Most impressed with the surgery reception staff for being able to allocate me an appointment at such short notice on the same day. Treatment was most satisfactory with being examined and given advice as to how I could resolve my symptoms without additional treatment visits.

The hygienist was so lovely, super kind, polite and encouraging. She was so carful explained what she was doing when it was a bit sore checked I was ok and did all she could to make me comfortable. She even took the time to give me advice on my children’s tooth brushing. Such a lovely person and a total asset to the practice!

Hygienist was very thorough & because of my sensitivity she suggested a different method for the clean. It may cost £12 more but was fantastic & definitely less painful. Very happy customer
