Situation regarding deteriorating teeth that will at some time need to be removed, but best possible short term solution described and offered which I accepted and will follow up extraction / replacement advice in the future. I was advised to come back if I have short term problems before my next check up.

The dentist explained the process and what was happening at each stage which gave me confidence as I was nervous about the procedure.All done in a very professional way which helped me relax .Thankyou

I found the all the staff at the surgery very pleasant. Most people feel apprehensive when going to the dentist but such care and smiling faces makes so much difference.

Phone at 8am for urgent appointment as had bad toothache. Was given an appointment for 10.45 that day. Dentist filled tooth. Everyone polite and helpful

Ive been going to this surgery for many years. Ive always been a very nervous patient but always made to feel relaxed and everything is explained to me. I know i should make a hygienist appt but still to scared as had a really bad experience years ago at another surgery.

Upon arrival the clinic was running on time, so I did not have to wait longer. I was taken to the new dental suite up stairs which was lovely and my dentist was very welcoming and put me at ease very quickly. I do have to return for some treatment in a few weeks and the costs were provided very clearly at the time of booking. I have been with this Dental practice for many years and always feel that I am in the capable hands of professionals. Would highly recommend this practice.

For reasons that I won’t go into here, I am a very difficult patient and I can’t praise Parkway enough for their patience and kindness in helping me. I’ve have been going for many years now and have always been happy with Parkway.

I haven’t been to a dentist in over 15 years due to a previous dental practise mess up… I can safely say I have been completely put at ease coming into parkway dental card. Fantastic explanation of what’s needed and good knowledge of how to maintain your smile ?

The procedure and service was very good on the whole. Some problems with the healing process as can happen but the dentist saw me again very quickly to fix the problems. Very professional surgery.
