1. After the failure by breaking in 2 pieces of my replacement denture, I was advised to transfer to another dentist in the practice; involving a whole new series of charges including the cost of a new denture. 2. When I enquired of the receptionist if the charge for my filling included the cost of a injection which I did not want, pointing out that I hadnot had one on previous occasions I was told I always had one. When I contradicted her, I was abruptly told "do'nt argue with me or I will not give you a further appointment" in a very sharp manner. A receptionist should be personable and not address a patient in such a manner

Made to feel very comfortable and the dentist ensured I was not in any pain during the procedure. Couldn’t ask for a better dentist.

The hygienist V was lovely as usual. She always take scare to put me at ease and listen to my concerns. She gets on with the job in hand so as not to extend any nerves or worries but is cognisant of people first approach.

After the last dentists my daughter was at who did not treat her right or take care of her i was able to get her in oundle house who within weeks saw her and started treament plan they are so nice kind and caring and have been fantastic

My Dentist was very informative and explained other procedures for me so I could make an informed decision. The Nurse that worked alongside her was very friendly and efficient

Amazing- spent time explaining and checking I was ok. Procedures was complicated- but dentist was empathic and put me at ease, and completed what was needed - if I could give more than 5 stars I would
