Receptionist was very friendly, polite and professional, dentist was brillant again very professional and doing everything she can to save my tooth

All staff was very friendly and welcoming. A nice relaxing environment. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything.

The dentist – This is a new practice to me – took a holistic, whole health, approach in her advice and treatment. Also, there was no pain involved.

Very welcoming from start to finish. Was made to feel at ease as soon as I sat in the chair to have my dental examination. The dentist explained everything she was doing and exactly what was needed to be done. Very friendly, efficient receptionist.

Dispite mentioning it several times there are still no chairs in reception with arms, this would greatly assist disabled and elderly clients. Yhe dentist was fantastic as usual.

The dentist was delightful - so friendly and welcoming - put both my husband and I at total ease!! The dental assistant was also lovely.

Friendly reception team. Dentist was ok but seemed in a hurry to get me in and out of the chair and not that bothered with advising on oral health - “if you don’t floss that’s your problem”… very true but perhaps a more caring delivery would go down better with patients!
