The implantologist/dentist was very polite. Introduced himself and explained what he would be doing throughout the appointment - I have never had that from any other dentist at the practice. I look forward to seeing him again for the treatment.

My appointment was on time and my dentist was very efficient and friendly. I told her my concerns and she referred me for an X-Ray straight away so that if my wisdom tooth needs attention it can be done quickly. Great experience. However, I was stunned that I needed to pay £40 deposit for an appointment in September when it’s only January.

Reception were very helpful initially. Dentist fit me in and then I felt listened to my concerns properly, then after examination explained his findings , gave reassurance and I did not feel rushed but very satisfied.

I felt very much at ease with my treatment. My dentist and her assistant were so friendly and efficient. I am very happy with my visit.

I have known the dentist attends to me for couple of years, and I trust what he is doing he is very good. Reception updates you a constant reminder when the appointment is nearly due.

The dentist was friendly and gentle disappointed to hear she is leaving. Also, my son cannot be registered until my next appointment with the new dentist.
