The receptionist,was as always very nice and welcoming a real people's person, extremely efficient and jovial, and the dentist himself is also of the same nature,so warm and friendly, I couldn't wish for better treatment, always a good experience, Thank them for me, Mr M C Broad.

This dentist is professional friendly efficient and super good, I am a nervous patient and had several worries that were alleviated as soon as i stepped into the practice, i was instantly put at ease and felt comfort in the manner I was seen to. 5 Stars and I would totally recommend this dental practice to anyone. My treatment was carried out with ease and promptness and before I knew it I was out, fabulous staff in reception to the nurse and dental surgeon. Just amazingly Great

I was worried about sensitivity and pain during my hygienist appointment, particularly as I hadn't been to the dentist in many years. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of discomfort I endured. The hygienist reassured me every step of the way with her caring and helpful attitude, doing her best to ensure my comfort. She also gave clear and useful advice on how to improve my tooth care regimen. I feel encouraged to return for more checks with the hygienist in the future and to improve the care of my teeth using her advice. Moreover, my previous trip just days earlier to see the dentist was also a positive experience; it was very speedy and efficient. He quickly and effectively removed a 10-year-old yellow glue/composite stain that I thought was permanent. Lastly, I found the reception team very pleasant and super efficient—they don’t hang about! Overall, I am very pleased. Thank you, Oak Dental.

During the full procedure conversation between the Dentist and nurse discussing colleagues not attending work, bad practices, bad employees, receptionists not understanding the job role etc. Made me feel as if I was not even in the room and just a mannequin on the table, to the point where i couldnt tell if the dentist was giving me instructions how the procedure was going or if he was carrying on his bad mouthing of employees. No duty of care at all. Aftercare has been extremely awful due to how rushed the surgery was. Would never recommend and I'm considering taking legal action. Visited November 2024

Tooth extraction carried out ,after a referral from my own dentist who was unable to perform this procedure. Oak Dental was able to remove the tooth quickly without any discomfort. Highly recommend.

First time at this practice. Dentist very good, friendly, explains everything and did an efficient molar tooth large filling with no fuss. Very satisfied with this. Also had Hygienist appointment, again very good, very thorough and no discomfort at all. She and her assistant did a did a thorough job. Very pleased.
