  2. Review titled Awful service.

I have been coming to this dentist for many years but since the new dentist took over the service has been shocking. The reception is now in the waiting area not sure why but place looks like it could do with a good clean. I had a broken tooth which he just put some filling on no preparation within a month this filling had come off. Supposed to do a scale and polish. Did the scale but no polish teeth felt terrible. I will definitely not be going back.

  3. Review titled Disappointing changes

Rated 1 star out of 5

I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years. Today’s experience was terrible. New management and dentists. Wasn’t told about this. Dentist spent less than 5 minutes counting my teeth and giving hygiene ratings. No conversation. No asking if I had any problems. When I asked about jaw clicking problems and soreness he did not know about processes for referrals to hospital. Reception weren’t sure if I needed another appointment. I said not to bother as i’d be finding a new dentist.

  4. Review titled Practice has gone downhill

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I have been with this practice for over 17 years and in 2021, it changed its staff and Dentist. I've been two times now and on both occasions I was told that I have very discoloured teeth! On my 1st visit I was told that I need a clean and polish and that I would see the hygienist upstairs. When I got there, I waited over 10 minutes at the reception area as there was no one there. Staff were walking around but no one checked me in. Finally, I got called into the room downstairs with the same Dentist. He spent a few seconds to scrape my teeth, charged me £23, there was no polish or clean and no hygienist. He then said I should book in for the Air brush clean which is over £60!! I'm now looking for another Dentist as my mouth did not feel clean like it has in the past when the lady Dentist use to be there.

  5. Review titled Very changed practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

This practice has changed significantly since 2021. Since then all the staff have been replaced. Unfortunately I would no longer recommend it at all and am looking for a new dentist. I have had two appointments in 2022 and found staff to be poor at communicating regarding treatment, options and the nhs charge.
