Dentist was very knowledgeable and recommended a repair I was not expecting whilst giving me the advice that it was temporary but could last some time or not !

The hygienist I saw is lovely. Very professional but also kind and calm, with a nonjudgmental attitude. She knows I am nervous and does everything to keep me calm. She also gave me some very useful advice on oral care.

I rang for emergency appointment and was seen within an hour and given some pills for infection and all the staff were really friendly and made you feel at ease.The only downfall is that they are not taking on NHS patients as would have been great as near to where I live and because if friendly staff.

The fact that I was called through for my appointment 25 minutes late with mo apology. One of the receptionist was unprofessional, her friends or family came in to visit her and they stood chatting in reception regardless of waiting customers.

Could not get through by phone but my son needed urgent treatment on New Years Eve. Walked in and despite their rule of not taking walkins, i was assisted due to the severity of our situation. It was a relieve to see empathy in action. Thank you

I was disappointed to not get my front filling replaced and not to get the impression for my denture made, the dentist explained why but is opposite of what I was told at Corby so I don’t understand
