I had a lot of trouble after having extractions and after getting new dentures to fit, nothing was too much trouble and they still are making sure everything is right for me

I'm not registered here but had to come as an emergency, after having some surgery general anesthetic, my teeth were damaged. This surgery went above and beyond to help me! Thank youv

Shame i can only have a appointment on a sunday as its not convienient its family time and instead of 6months its turned into 9 months mon - fri was connvienient

Phoned Northfield NHS Dental Practice at Kettering as a jagged tooth was causing pain. Eighth in the queue. Eventually "Ah, you've just missed the last emergency appointment, phone back at 8 am on Monday. So I do. Get to 4th in the queue after 18 minutes. They cut me off. Phone back. "You are now 9th in the queue". Decide to give up on the useless NHS dentistry in Northamptonshire and go private. Who can do an appointment the same day. Costs ££££ but it's like being in a different universe. #BrokenBritain

Appointment was over within 5 mins. For having to pay £25 for the appointment I would have expected a scale and polish as a standard treatment to make the appointment worthwhile. The amount we pay is increasing without the increased level of service to match.

The service is outstanding and my dentist gives me all the information I need about my teeth and my oral hygiene she's the best dentist I had so far

Dentist had to stop mid way through root canal work as my tooth has a bent root. I had told her this before hand but she said the x-ray looked fine. On looking at the second x-ray she noticed that the root was bent! Mission aborted! If I’d have been listened to in the first place, this needless procedure wouldn’t have happened. I am now home and have realised that there is a large blob of filling material stuck on the side of an adjacent tooth. This will need removal. Very pleasant staff especially the nurse but not sure of the quality of the dentistry.

The hygienist was very good at communicating with me throughout and completed the task very well. Disappointed I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for my appointment after arriving though.
