Receptionist is very friendly and polite. Dentist, dental nurse and student present were all friendly. Very efficient service while still explaining clear what was wrong, what needs doing, how much it will cost. I’ve had a lot of dental appointments across a lot of practices and this was by far my best experience. I’m completely phobic of dentists, but felt totally at ease during this appointment. Have recommended to friends and family. They had approximately 10 new patients enter within a 20 minute window of my appointment, so I was worried I’d be in for a long wait but this wasn’t the case at all. So efficient, and still friendly.

They were able to get me a last minute emergency appointment, and my time spent at the dentist was good. The dentist was efficient and reassuring, the rest of the staff were friendly and made my experience there a pleasant one.

Called and managed to get an appointment the very next day, all staff were helpful also and explained everything well

I was in serious pain these girls got me in same day on Saturday what a relief. Dentist was good clean place and taking me on a as NHS booked my partner as well. Well done guys!

Receptionist was just extremely rude on the phone. Had an attitude the entire time while trying to book. When I asked if I could change the time/date of an appointment she replied with just "No." I tried booking in as a new patient but I will be staying aware from here.
