It’s strange to say that I look forward to going to the dentist, but I really do when it comes to New Cross Dental Practice. From the welcoming reception staff to the helpful nurse and excellent dentist the experience is fantastic.

Needed to have emergency filling as the old filling had fallen out. Treatment was very prompt, the online booking process is easy to use, receptionists are really welcoming and the dentist and dental assistant made me feel at ease, and gave good advice and full treatment. I have always received excellent care on all visits at the New Cross practice.

I was visiting for a routine appointment with a hygienist, and was feeling a bit light headed after treatment, so I was led to the reception area where I could take my time to recover before heading off.

I have always been phobic about going to the Dentist, however after 3 visits I am no longer having nightmares about having to make an appointment.

The reception staff were kind and helpful. My dentist is excellent, she is very understanding of my health conditions and the limitations they cause.

I found it very easy to join the practice about 4 years ago. I was recommended by a friend. Very impressive service from dentist and dental hygienist. I do not get anxious about coming to the dentist. Making appointments is very easy, excellent reminder service by email.
