Terrible service received from My Dentist. I have been a patient at the North Street Practice for over 6 years. My daughter and I have been waiting 18 months for an appointment as it has now been cancelled 3 times in a row. They have now told me I am being removed as an NHS patient and if my daughter and I want to see a dentist we need to pay for a private appointment... I'm thoroughly disappointed and I would not recommend the practice.

I had my tooth checked and had nothing done and was charged £99 Which was disgusting for the price they charged me they have gone private which should not be aloud for everyone and if you are pension age you have not been charged so much money for your appointment I have been with them for years

Dear Patient, Thank you for the comments that you have made regarding our practice and thank you also for taking the time to leave them. Your feedback is very much appreciated. The purpose of an emergency appointment is to alleviate immediate pain, these appointments are usually 10-15 minutes long depending on the diary availably and patient circumstances. A further appointment may then be made as required for treatment if necessary. It is with regret that we are not able to complete full treatment at this initial appointment. I do hope that this has explained the emergency appointment procedure, but should you wish for further clarity please do not hesitate to contact the Practice Manager. The man who saw me was very nice and kind to me and went straight to the point and was very fast and helpful
