Every member of staff at Mydentist Henfield was friendly and helpful. Treatment and pricing was upfront. The dentist came out to greet me and was reassuring throughout my treatment. I felt that l was treated as an individual; l was valued.

I’ve contacted this dentist twice in recent months to book a routine appointment but been told that only emergency appointments are being accepted-understandable given covid. However, I’ve called today to see if I can book an appointment and been told I’m off the NHS list as I haven’t been for an appointment! Receptionist said they’ve contacted me twice but they have not. Seems different members of the reception team give different information which is most unhelpful and unfair.
