I have always felt comfortable and made at ease with such a caring team. They are very approachable and I hold them in high regard. A very friendly atmosphere, which I feel is important, they are a credit to the practice.

Friendly and efficient staff. Treatment explained very well by the dentist. They seem to go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable.

I have just had a checkup and work done at my local My Dentist practice . I am very Happy with my experience here . I always receive a txt message advising me to make a future checkup appointment and when attended have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful and the work carried out I have always been happy with

After falling on Middle Street I went straight to MyDentist in Consett as I realised I’d broken my tooth. Whilst still in shock they cared for me. I was given priority and seen by a dentist almost straight away and helped. Their care really helped me recover my senses that day. Thank you to the receptionist and dentist, your training and dispositions were really appreciated by me and my family.

It's a reaxing atmosphere pleasant staff very clean dentist , they are very helpful . They talk you through what is happening through your appointment and what they are going to do .

Appointments are always on time - no hanging about. The staff are polite, friendly and professional. The public areas and treatment rooms are clean and bright. A well-run practice.

Dentist was very pleasant in a professional way. Made you at ease and explain well what he is going to do and explained what I need to do if I have a problem while having treatment. Does all he can for my teeth. Explains to make contact if any further problems come about.
