    Incomplete treatment! Told I have to go private even though I am an NHS patient. Started a root canal and dentist failed to finish it. Large bump appeared on gum offered tooth paste. Going private for a second opinion even though I can ill afford it. Difficult getting NHS appointments close together at this practice. Very upsetting, confusing experience on my last appointment. Having to pay £90 for a private dentist to assess my teeth. Total waste of time booking an appointment at this dentist. All my appointments were cancelled because dentist is leaving, was told to re-book at the end of the month? Even though I have already been waiting months to get an appointment. Lost all confidence in NHS dentistry.

  2. Review titled Bad experience with hygienist

    Today I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist (same as in February) instead I was told off badly for not using the blue tiles instead of the orange ones. I said I had difficulties using the blue ones. She sent me off in a rude manner and asked me to come back in three months time. It is very unlikely I’ll be using this hygienist again.

    The dentist was very experienced with really good skills. I came in to fill a cavity. I have low tolerance of physical pain. The dentist and the assistant were extremely understanding and comforting to calm me down, by listening patiently, kind words, and being gentle during the operation. I knew I was in good hands. I am grateful to have come to My Dentist, I will definitely be back for all my future check ups. Thank you for being such a skilled dentist with so much compassion.

    What a disgrace not taking any nhs patients not updating government website . Simple if you have money they have a space typical dentist they are the worse people to have in this day an age
