I had to contact the the team as I had tooth ache, I had an initial exam and after the weekend an emergency appointment having the problem tooth out. Very caring, very professional team across the board. No pain now... Thank you.

From contacting the practice to access emergency treatment the whole experience was excellent. My partner had tooth ache so I rang the practice on the Monday morning, after leaving a message on the answer machine one of the very pleasant staff rang back almost immediately ,confirmed the problem with my partner and offered an appointment. The appointment was attended and another booked for the following day. I attended on this appointment with my partner and again very pleasant staff dealing with patients under Covid conditions, masks, hand gel, etc. From the Reception team , to the Dental team the experience was excellent, you felt that they all enjoyed the work they did and this came across in how they treated their patients, just wish I could register there too.

Phone call didn’t allow for us to explain requirements if physical needs and firm did not have a disability section to explain physical needs Receptionist tho did appoligies well kind off was then followed up with excuses and then redirection of blame x I had to state that I’m not going to argue with them x this is pathetic if a practice that should give both NHS patients and orivert patients the same level of care x funny how when being privert patient never had such rudeness
