I've had so many difference dentists since I've been with milehouse but my new dentist is the nicest one yet, such a shame he will be leaving. Goes the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and happy.

Very caring and considerate people doing there very best for patients. Its a shame that there,are not more dentist that are working there to accommodate the people who need them.

The hygienist was lovely,explaining everything before the procedure and the assistant with the suction tube was great aswell. Excellent all round

Professionalism, friendliness, caring. I always have a good experience (apart from actually being at a dentist lol) when I need to go to milehouse dental practice.

The new/stand in dentist saved the review as she was so lovely and I dislike negative reviews but did leave with a lot of concern. I’ve had 2 appointments cancelled and then when I turned up today the room wasn’t set up properly for her (no goggles, unable to give me a clean and had to ask another dentist to use their room in order to do this). Appointment chaotic and felt sorry for her. Also informed can’t make another appointment as no NHS dentists and not known if there will be one?! Unfortunately all felt very unprofessional which if the practice is getting rid of NHS patients doesn’t fill with any confidence at all to continue privately. From the outside looking in this practice seems to be struggling and not investing. Sorry.

I had broken a tooth on the Sunday and they got me in to see a dentist the next day he did a great job in trying to keep my tooth X-rayed it then filled it so I kept as much of the tooth as possible can’t thank them enough great service

I had a 40 minute appointment booked for treatment of a broken tooth. My appointment lasted 10 minutes with a repeat appointment booked in for 7 weeks time, to fix the issue. This happens every time I attend, sometimes after waiting for an hour to be seen. It would surely be easier to treat me in tbe first appointment freeing up time for other patients to attend but it appears that for wach treatment I need I have to attend 3 times before half a job is completed. However, polite and professional staff.

Quick,efficient and very pleasant visit. The Dentist has done everything he can to put me at my ease, which is no easy thing. I have a phobia of Dentists, yet this practice has done more than anyone to help me deal with it.
