Really friendly staff, very down to earth, always willing to go the extra mile to support Reem dentist was brilliant, really nice lady, talked through the surgery kept me calm, thank you for today great service

The cost was the first thing. The dentist said why i was having trouble, and described the reason why i was having it. Then said how she could save the few teeth i have left, and reduce / stop the discomfort as well.

Good attention to detail. Good admin staff. Good hygienist. Clean facility. I’m not the biggest fan of local radio playing‘bubblegum pop’ in the waiting room but it’s a matter of taste.

A very different practice from my last visits.(as an NHS patient).Dentist was pleasant and ,helpful as she explained the options available to me.To be honest am still reeling from the “sudden changes”imposed as result of Dental Care nationally,and am weighing up my next move.

The dentist did a good job, and told ne i needed to come vack in a month. The receptionist couldn't make an appointment for a month as she didn't know what was happening then. I gave been left in limbo

Always cancelling appointments how are people supposed to look after their health with no staff and no one answering calls . The service since last year for nhs is awful. Not everyone can afford the extortionate prices for private treatment

How the Hygienist was very mindful of how the patient was feeling all through treatmeant she was caring and she explained everything she did

Closer inspection than previously given by a former dentist. But the cost is inhibitive and should be offered on the NHS.

Left practice with fractured tooth and no follow up appointment was in agony over the weekend because all the dentists are leaving the practise cost me £290.00 to have tooth removed at the weekend worst dental practice I have ever come across
