Was attended in a timely manner all the staff were polite. Therapist explained the procedure to me and after care thoroughly. The manner was very dignified and respectful. Overall am pleased with everything.

Great experience, the dentist was very friendly & informative . Didn’t just recommend treatment for the sake of it as I’ve had experience of this with other dentists . Very happy

Friendly welcome , exceptional professionalism and the staff were patient and caring towards myself and my 4 children . I felt safe and valued with my questions . I would highly recommended .

The receptions were helpful with my questions and the actual dentist was lovely putting my child at ease because they were nervous

The overall experience was excellent. The only downside being the cost of treatment. £447 to extract 1 tooth is scandalous in my opinion. How most people are expected to afford such pricing is beyond me. I shall not be returning until an NHS Dentist is in place

The hygenist and assistant, both very professional but in a friendly cheerful manner. They were helpful and informative without trying to use a big stick. However I recieved 4 messges confitming my 11.30 appointment but at 2.30 the day before another message stating 10.40. I telephoned to query and was told computer error. I believe someone altered it and hadn't got the decency to call, i stuck to 11.30 and received a call at 10.40 trying to move it forward to 10.55. If they had called the day before it would have saved a lot of annoyance and i would have happily complied.

been with this practice for nearly 10 years however out of nowhere they stopped treating on the NHS its wrong they shouildnt be allowed to just drop patients like that people who cannot afford private.
