The denist is excellent, and has very good interpersonal skills. The reception team are very helpful.

I had to wait 1 hour for my appointment and then the new thing that they put in today for my elastics has already popped out an hour and fifteen minutes later

I've given feedback good however as known & acknowledged by the Hygenist I had to wait 15 minutes. I don't mind this as it was valid but perhaps I should be told whilst waiting. The assistant calling me needs to be louder as I struggled to hear her. I admit I'm slightly deaf in one ear.

Everyone helpful and friendly, all areas spotlessly clean. My only concern is that all the seating in reception area is quite low, a couple of higher chairs would be appreciated for elderly people like myself who's knees are not so good at sitting at low positions.

Your dentist are good however your availability and waiting times get a bit annoying sometimes as they are delayed drastically
