I booked the appointment last week and got delayed in reaching on time due to road closures near the clinic. I called and informed the clinic I would be late due to the road closure which I was not aware off. I called the clinic and I was told I could still come in for the appointment but was disappointed to be charged an emergency charge for seeing the dentist. I could have been told before hand that I could be charged.

I should have been given a scrap and polish but wasn't offered one was suggested i pay £80.00 for private or at least £70.00 for NHS

Lovely caring dental hygienist who was very patient with me and explained everything as she was going along. It was a much more pleasant experience than the last time I went.

Great surgery, happy to come back for a check up. Unlike other dentists, I didn't have to wait to be seen 20 minutes after the time of your appointment, highly recommended.

The kindness from the front desk through to the chair and back out. All staff were so kind towards me. A great relief for a new patient. I would highly recommend you. I’ve even listed my girls with you. Thank you
