The hygienist was super! She really put me at ease and I appreciated that she kept checking on me throughout to make sure I was ok. I’m really pleased.

Lovely friendly receptionist, dentist was very nice and polite, and was called though within 5 minutes of my appointment fantastic sevice.

Friendly staff and tidiness of the venue. Only area to improve is the extremely bright tube light in the waiting room. It needs a cover on it as it is too bright for the room. I’m someone who is prone to migraines and any longer in the waiting room may have caused one. Also is it possible to add the hygienist appointments to the website booking system? I know you need to pay in advance for the service which isn’t an issue but having that option just makes it so much easier.

I’m very nervous at the dentist, I’ve had bad experiences in the past, I’ve been told my teeth are bad and need lots of work I can’t afford by private dentists. The dentist and dental assistant were honest and reassuring and even gave me my first scale and Polish today and I am so great full for their approach and helpfulness.

In appointment on time. Efficient check up. Easy to understand the treatment needed. All costs told me there straight away. Efficient booking at desk. Really impressed in quickness and all over working together effectively. Well done.

My Dentist, is always very pleasant and welcoming, very efficient, and does not waste time, I would certainly recommend her. If there were marks to be given I would give her 10 out of 10

During my first visit, i found the attitude of the dentist abit to full on and a very poor attitude, dentist visits are already stressful, and the dentist created a negative atmosphere within seconds of arriving in her approach. I have never ever visited a dentist, and they ask the medical questions in the manner she did, inches away from you, a barrage of questions, asif its some kind of test, staring at at u with a very pissed off look, providing little to answer and even process the last question, a complete kind of rush i did not expect nor respect of a dentist. Absolutely created a uncomfortable tension for me and i do not wish to see her again. Nothing wrong with her service of the checkup, i was however very dissapointed its been a year since a last dentist visit, and i have to rebook for a clean when dental visits are quite stressful in itself. Also didnt quite understand her rushed feedback at the end of the consultation, but didnt care to understand because her entire tone, it coudnt have been clearer the quicker i was out the better. And lastly, every dental visit from my childhood, the dentist always says something like, "see u in 6 months:" maybe here they dont.

The staff on reception are warm welcoming and professional. They help us feel at ease too. My dentist and nurse are fantastic. Really explain what the problem is, they are friendly and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

Although I had to wait 20minutes past my appointment time my dentist gave me a good check up and scaled bottom teeth.
