I am very nervous about going to the dentist but she explained what she was going to do and asked if i was okay, very reassuring and friendly

All the staff are a credit to the practice. Dentist explained what treatment I required, put me at ease as I was very apprehensive.

The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I haven’t seen a dentist for a long time so was concerned my teeth would be much worse than they ended up being. Shibli reassured me throughout and did a great job of communicating everything that needed to be done. I left feeling much better about everything and look forward to visiting again soon. Thanks all.

The great customer service, kind and caring staff, very professional make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in, explain things very well in good detail so it’s able to understand

I did not have to wait long before I was seen by the Dentist and the treatment (a filling)I received met my needs. The Dentist explained my treatment to me clearly in a pleasant manner and I was treated effectively and quickly.

Lovely reception staff as you walk in. The dentist was great, she explained everything during my appointment and gave me advice. Perfect first experience at this dental surgery.

Was told I could have had a tooth removed on my last visit but today was told I couldn’t with the same problem I was told it was a hospital procedure and a 6 months waiting list
