The whole team at Rodericks Dental Practice are just super. Everyone is friendly, helpful, kind, polite and professional. They are very understanding and patient with us as my husband and I have appointments together. He has dementia and the whole team treat him with respect and kindness and understanding. They all go the extra mile for us and as a result going to the dentist is not at all stressful for either of us. I can't thank them enough.

All of the staff were very kind and helpful to an elderly gentleman who has health issues. Nothing was too much trouble.

The people are friendly at the Dental Practice and well mannered I feel relaxed during the process of the treatment I get a repeat appointment at a time of day that suits me I k is the cost as it is well advertised in reception

A really nice dentist who took the time to ask me about my health and medication as it may affect my teeth. A really thorough check up, explaining everything to me and making a plan of treatment to address my problems. Very professional lady.

Appointment was on time , dentist very friendly whilst still being professional , l had to go as a private patient as my NHS dentist left this practice and I was unable to be transferred to the other NHS dentist’s at this practice .

I'm not good going the dentist's some dentist's other place's just never got the issues I have. This team have taken on board my issues and are understanding and made me feel at ease which helps me keep coming back and not avoiding going to the dentist.

Dentist always takes great care. First class treatment. On this occasion I hesitated to fully explain there was still a tiny rough spot left that needed smothing off. It was hard to explain exactly where on the tooth it was. I tried but, clearly the dentist thought it was all smooth. Anyway I think I can live with it. Only persisting complaint I have ever had other than all the nonsense with covid is, I feel pressure not to talk or explain where I may have questions.
